This East Grand Rapids home is a great example of the kind of job we genuinely enjoy showing up to. Big brick house, lots of windows - both exterior and a few interior panes - and some moss that had been slowly creeping across the siding. Not glamorous stuff, but it matters. A lot.
Moss on siding is one of those things that's easy to ignore until it isn't. It holds moisture against the surface, and over time that causes real damage. Getting it knocked off before it spreads is one of the smarter, cheaper things a homeowner can do. We took care of it while we were already on-site, which is exactly how we like to operate - handle everything in one visit so you're not scheduling two or three different people.
The windows were the main event, though. Exterior glass on a home this size picks up a season's worth of grime fast. Interior panes were in the mix too, which means the whole picture looked sharp when we were done - not just the outside view, but the view from inside looking out.
There's something genuinely satisfying about returning to a customer's home. These folks know what to expect from us, and we know the property. That familiarity makes the job smoother and lets us catch things we might otherwise miss on a first visit - like moss starting to establish itself on the siding.
