Shoots Exterior Solutions

By requesting, approving, scheduling, or receiving services from Shoots Exterior Solutions, also referred to as “Shoots Exteriors,” “Shoots,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” you, the “Client” or “Customer,” agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not schedule or receive services from Shoots Exterior Solutions.
Shoots Exterior Solutions provides professional exterior maintenance services in Grand Rapids, Michigan and surrounding areas.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
Interior and exterior window cleaning
Screen, frame, and sill cleaning
Gutter cleaning and debris removal
Downspout flushing when accessible
Holiday light installation and removal
Related exterior maintenance services listed in the approved estimate
Only services specifically listed in the approved quote, estimate, or invoice are included. Any additional work requested outside the original scope may require a revised estimate and additional approval.
Shoots Exterior Solutions reserves the right to decline, modify, or discontinue any service request at our discretion, especially when conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope of work.
All pricing is based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if the property conditions, service needs, window count, access requirements, debris level, or scope of work differ from what was originally discussed or approved.
Approval of an estimate, written confirmation, digital signature, deposit payment, or scheduling confirmation constitutes acceptance of the agreed scope of work and these Terms of Service.
Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, online form, or other approved communication methods.
We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If our team arrives and is unable to complete the work due to restricted access, locked gates, unsecured pets, unavailable water access when required, or other preventable issues, Shoots Exterior Solutions reserves the right to reschedule the service and apply a trip charge.
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, including but not limited to:
Rain
Lightning
High winds
Freezing temperatures
Snow or ice
Unsafe roof, ladder, or ground conditions
Any other condition that may create safety risks or reduce service quality
Shoots Exterior Solutions will communicate scheduling adjustments as soon as reasonably possible. Weather related delays do not cancel the Client’s obligation to complete scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas at the scheduled service time.
This may include:
Unlocking gates
Securing pets indoors
Moving vehicles when needed
Clearing outdoor furniture, decorations, or obstacles near work areas
Providing access to exterior water sources when required
Making sure interior areas are accessible if interior window cleaning is included
Shoots Exterior Solutions is not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or additional costs caused by restricted or unsafe access.
Exterior cleaning and maintenance may reveal or worsen pre existing defects that are outside the control of Shoots Exterior Solutions.
These conditions may include, but are not limited to:
Failed window seals
Oxidized or deteriorated frames
Loose screens, trim, or siding
Cracked glass
Improperly installed windows
Aging caulking or weather stripping
Improperly secured gutters
Roof granule loss
Damaged fascia, soffit, or roofing materials
Hidden structural damage
Shoots Exterior Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by pre existing conditions, aging materials, improper installation, defective seals, loose fixtures, or structural failure.
Any known concerns about the property’s condition must be communicated before service begins.
Shoots Exterior Solutions uses professional window cleaning methods, which may include purified water systems, water fed poles, traditional squeegee cleaning, ladders, brushes, scrapers, towels, and other industry standard tools.
The Client acknowledges that:
Minor water intrusion may occur around improperly sealed windows
Hard water stains, paint, silicone, oxidation, construction debris, or mineral buildup may not be fully removable without additional restoration work
Screens, frames, and sills may have pre existing wear that becomes more visible after cleaning
Shoots Exterior Solutions is not responsible for interior damage caused by defective seals, aging caulking, improperly installed windows, or pre existing window issues.
Gutter cleaning includes the removal of visible debris from gutters and, when accessible, basic downspout flushing.
Gutter cleaning does not guarantee correction of underlying drainage, roofing, or structural issues.
Shoots Exterior Solutions is not responsible for:
Existing leaks
Improper gutter pitch
Clogged underground drains
Roof or fascia deterioration
Loose or improperly installed gutters
Hidden damage discovered during cleaning
Water overflow caused by design issues, underground drainage problems, or heavy rainfall after service
Repairs outside the quoted scope may be offered as additional services if available.
For holiday light installation, the specific scope, design, materials, installation areas, removal timing, and storage arrangements will be outlined in the approved estimate.
Shoots Exterior Solutions is not responsible for damage caused by:
Pre existing roof, fascia, gutter, siding, or electrical issues
Extreme weather
Power outages
Faulty outlets or electrical systems
Client provided materials
Tampering, removal, or adjustment by anyone other than Shoots Exterior Solutions
Any service calls, repairs, replacements, or adjustments outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Shoots Exterior Solutions may use ladders, roof access, purified water systems, water fed poles, gutter tools, professional cleaning solutions, and other equipment necessary to complete the service safely and effectively.
By accepting service, the Client authorizes Shoots Exterior Solutions to use reasonable professional methods to complete the approved scope of work.
Shoots Exterior Solutions reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe for our team, the Client, the property, or the public.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
ACH transfer
Check
Credit or debit card
Electronic payment
Online invoice payment
Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees, service charges, collection action, and any related costs permitted by law.
If an account is sent to collections, the Client is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, agency fees, legal fees, and related expenses.
Certain services, including larger projects, commercial work, recurring maintenance plans, or holiday light installation, may require a deposit before scheduling or beginning work.
Deposits may be non refundable if materials have been ordered, labor has been reserved, or the Client cancels within the agreed service window.
Deposit terms will be communicated at the time of booking when applicable.
Clients enrolled in recurring maintenance programs authorize Shoots Exterior Solutions to schedule future services within the agreed seasonal service window.
Recurring plans may include services such as seasonal window cleaning, annual window cleaning, monthly maintenance, gutter cleaning, or other approved recurring services.
Pricing may adjust annually or seasonally to reflect changes in labor, materials, fuel, insurance, equipment, or operational costs.
Recurring services may be canceled before the next scheduled service, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled recurring service may still be subject to a cancellation fee.
Shoots Exterior Solutions strives to provide professional, high quality service.
If you are not satisfied with the results of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to evaluate and address legitimate service concerns at no additional charge.
This satisfaction commitment does not apply to issues caused by pre existing conditions, permanent staining, mineral buildup, structural defects, weather events, or work outside the approved scope of service.
The Client grants Shoots Exterior Solutions permission to capture photographs or videos of the property, work areas, and completed services for internal, marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
Shoots Exterior Solutions will not intentionally disclose personal identifying information, addresses, private details, or sensitive information without permission.
If the Client does not want photos or videos used for marketing, they must notify Shoots Exterior Solutions in writing before service begins.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from Shoots Exterior Solutions related to estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, follow ups, review requests, and occasional promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. You may still receive necessary service related communications regarding active appointments, estimates, or invoices.
Shoots Exterior Solutions will take reasonable precautions while performing services. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Shoots Exterior Solutions is not liable for:
Pre existing damage
Improperly installed materials
Aged, deteriorated, or defective surfaces
Incidental or consequential damages
Lost profits, loss of use, or indirect damages
Damage caused by conditions outside our reasonable control
The Client agrees that the maximum liability of Shoots Exterior Solutions for any claim arising from service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
Shoots Exterior Solutions maintains appropriate insurance for its operations. Proof of insurance may be available upon reasonable request.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Michigan.
Any disputes arising from these terms or services provided by Shoots Exterior Solutions shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Michigan.
Shoots Exterior Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
