This Forest Hills home is well-kept from the ground up - nice landscaping, a great patio setup out back, clean siding. But even the best-maintained homes have spots that get overlooked. Gutters are usually one of them. Out of sight, out of mind - until they stop draining and water starts going places it shouldn't.

Here's what we were working with on this one: gutters packed with debris, standing water sitting in the channel, and buildup along the gutter line that was clearly overdue for attention. That kind of blockage doesn't just look bad - it puts real stress on your fascia, your foundation, and anything sitting under the roofline when it rains hard.

We cleared everything out and got the gutters flowing again. We also took care of the exterior windows and screens while we were there. Clean windows make a bigger difference than most people expect, especially on a home with this much glass. The front and rear windows on this place let in a lot of natural light - you want that glass clear, not coated in grime and pollen.

Doing the gutters and windows together in one visit just makes sense. It's more efficient for the homeowner, and it means the whole exterior gets attention at once rather than piece by piece. A home like this deserves to look as good as it's been built and cared for.

Clogged gutters are one of those things that sneak up on you. Spring pollen, seed pods, and leftover debris from the fall can choke up a gutter channel fast. Getting ahead of it before the heavy rains hit is always the smarter move.
